General Overview

We are looking for an amazing, tactical inbound marketer to own organic/paid lead generation, lead nurturing and executing our tactical campaigns. You will oversee attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which you will collaborate with sales to accomplish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize our marketing automation, lead generation and lead nurturing processes through tactical email, website content and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Grow our email list organically, and find ways to capture and cookie our target prospects from CRM and data providers (zoominfo, infousa, etc).
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
  • Segment lists and campaigns based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
  • Responsible for creating new pages, and/or updating content for secondary/tertiary website page templates. Must be comfortable working around HTML/CSS. (advanced HTML/CSS/JS is not required but a plus!).
  • Responsible for creating and editing HubSpot landing pages for tactical campaigns.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (search, video, display) and LinkedIn Ads.

 

 Required Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communicator, and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Must be familiar with Ad Platforms, such as Google Ads (search, video, display) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for executing strategic plans and achieving product revenue goals
  • Must be proficient in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Team player able to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams/departments including engineering, production, sales and finance.
  • Detailed and organized
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ask the right questions at the right time and intently listen to our customers' needs.
  • Preferred experience in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub.
