General Overview

Implementation Specialist develops and executes training plans and materials to facilitate the implementation of the eVolve Revit products. They also collect and review feedback to improve training methods, as well as, providing the product team with feedback to help improve the features and functionality of our products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess individual and group training needs.
• Prepare teaching/course materials
• Instruct users on an individual or group basis
• Provide and track product support issues.
• Create custom training courses for specialty customers
• Making use of new technology for distance learning
• Stay current with the latest product features.
• Some travel maybe required for on-site training requirements.
• Provide customer feedback to product teams.

 Experience & Skills

• 3+ years Revit (MEP focus)
• Knowledge of MEP Detailing, BIM coordination and various shop drawing deliverables
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Patient and friend approach to training
• Capable or presenting and instructing large groups
• Organizational and administrative skills.
